Evaluation and the Screening of Contract Personnel
John C´s worldwide database has access to over 800 personnel. Résumés of potential employees are stored for access by our Human Resources Department after we have screened each candidate before placing them in our main database. Certain prerequisites will be required of the applicant depending on the position of employment, meaning documentation and the required certifications for the position applied for.
Background checks and personal and employer references are completed on all prospective employees. To further ensure John C´s and Client satisfaction, additional evaluation is done after Client contact, to ensure the candidate meets all of the customer’s requirements.
Founder of John C´s Agency
John C has worked over the years for diverse Royal families, Stars from the film and music Industry, Politicians, CEO´s, VIP´s and Influential private persons. He started work in the security sector in a military special operations unit in 1986, where he underwent rigorous training in amongst other areas of expertise, Armed Personal Protection (Close Protection), has worked for a number of well known National and International Security Companies as Team leader of the close protection team and elevated quickly to management level, a post he held for many years in several of these companies before deciding to found his own company.
As many German national and local newspapers state John C has personally trained CPO´s for other Security companies for high risk environments , who today are still current operational CPO´s for high Risk theaters such as Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa.
John has worked his trade over the years in many countries including UK, Germany, Austria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Columbia, USA, Serbia, Africa, just to name a few.
